What About Bob?

Bob AuBuchon … is a born-again man, trusting his life to Christ now and into eternity.  He is a husband of 31 years to Valerie and is the father of ”My Three Sons” … Daniel, Micah, and Samuel.  He is the pastor of First Baptist Church of Camdenton, MO (since August 2002) on the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks.  He does not own a boat, so no need to ask for a ride.

Bob’s hobbies consists of photography, tennis and golf.  He loves the movie … “What About Bob” if for no other reason the title.  He desires to take baby steps as he grows in Christ allowing God the Father to conform him to the image of Christ.

He enjoys blogging for a catharsis experience.  Of late the good old fashioned journaling with a fountain pen has captures the interest and heart of Bob.  It has been a real joy to sit down with the Word, a Moleskine journal, fountain pen and of course a cup of coffee and write down upon the pages a “sundry” of things.  Thanks for coming by the blog.

Peace & Glorify!

  2. Bob, is a man of the one and only Living God. It is a privilege to serve with him and to listen to his insights are very enlightening. His leadership admirable and is respected by all who know him. It would be an understatement to say Pastor Bob is the most godly men I have ever served under.

It was great to see in church on Sunday. I continue to enjoy your writings, but I miss hearing from you on Sunday. Keep up the therapy and look forward in seeing you back.

Bob, of late I have been overwhelmed by the love and presence of God. Just recently I viewed your church’s website and there you were. My brother, I am proud of you and the way God has used you. I have read your bloggings, some of your sermons, and looked through your photos. I have a deep sense of regret that we didn’t keep up with one another through the years. Man, I have missed you, more than I realized. These days I am still travelling the highways of this wonderful land. I see more than my share of lives torn by disobedience and faithless living. I thank God for your ministry of proclamation of His Word which changes lives of those broken people I see everyday. God bless you!

Greetings. Enjoyed reading your blog today. All of us have been in the “current” and wondered how God would get us out of it. Funny, how we want Him to do everything for us when often He wants us to do something! Proud of you. Sounds like you are doing well. God Bless. Brother Jerry
